Direct connection to technical museum. We liked everything at laguna zagreb including staff and rooms.

a great selection restaurants to eat close by, like maredo grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away. location, short way from all attractions. i liked the hotel.

Situated within 10 min from the center by foot.

It was the best price in the city of Zagreb

The room was too small as well as the toilet

We have very pleasent experience. Price was good.

Breakfast was poor.

Quite luxurious rooms that were very clean, restuarant onsite and the free breakfast was a good buffet style. Loved the pizza and takeaway Chinese across the road (we had to look for it).

Wifi was only in the lobby.

5 min to tram station and close to the city center with 5 stop

in the breakfast , "warm drinks" (hot water,milk,coffee) were cool every morning..

Staff is polite and hospitable, rooms are clean and decent, breakfast is rich. Located close to the city center (1 mile), secure parking lot. Would go again!

When you arrive at the hotel the first impression is a bit deceptive; but the rooma are quite OK. Enough parking space. Although WIFI is not guaranteed in the room but only at the reception area, we were lucky to have just enough signal into the room.

Breakfast is really below level for a 3-stars hotel. The quality of the breakfast buffet reminds to the communist period...

Hotel is like all hotels from communist time, they take care of it but must be renewed to the end. Furniture in rooms is old (specially bathroom), but was very clean. I find good that hotel has parking place - since on the surrounding streets it is almost impossible to park.

Sound isolation of room is very poor. I heard every word of my TV in hallway some 20 meters from my room, all doe door was closed. I was there two nights, and both morning when I was passing trow main hallway to restaurant for breakfast, i felt smell of hallway toilet, very bed impression....

Have a parking places. There is a good tram connection to the city center.

More control on the parking places - have to keep in order.

i didn`t like this hotelbecause:-the room wasn`t clean, they didn`t have internet in the room, it was very expensive comparative to other hotels in Austria or italiy

The staff was realy compliant and very flexible. Everything was OK, nobody from our company did not have any negative comment.
